My desire for the administrative staff is to treat each client as an individual and create an environment that reflects one of integrity, efficiency and an attitude that shows a desire to serve.
As manager of the office staff, and a passion for serving others, I will lead our team to serve the clients of Gilstrap & Associates to show excellent customer care and more importantly, the love of Christ.

I really enjoy working with kids, adolescents and young adults going through life transitions. I wish to provide young individuals with the necessary tools to foster growth through life coaching, coping skills, self-esteem and relationship building.

My areas of expertise include working with adolescents, individuals, couples and families faced with a variety of interpersonal and intrapersonal challenges.

I specialize in working with couples and families as they navigate the different stressors and seasons of life. This includes intrapersonal difficulties the individual within the family is dealing with, such as anxiety, depression, addiction, etc., as well as the interpersonal struggles that exist within the family or couple structure and relationships.

I enjoy working with both men and women from young adults on up in the areas of spiritual identity, gender issues, career guidance, relational struggles, depression and anxiety.
