This group provides 14–17 year old teens with coping skills, social skills, ways to deal with overwhelming or uncomfortable feelings and calming strategies.
Teens will learn the 4 main skills of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)—mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance skills and interpersonal effectiveness skills. These skills will help them build a life worth living. This group would be useful for teens who struggle with depressed mood, anxiety, self harming behaviors, poor self esteem and anger outbursts.

Cost per group is $35. Males and females ages 14–17 only. Bulk rates available.
