Tracy Veligdan, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Tracy was raised in a suburb of Orlando, and moved to New York City to pursue her
bachelor’s degree from New York University. She lived in the city for several
years, while she worked as a teacher. Later, she returned to Florida to study
at Reformed Theological Seminary, where she earned her master’s degree in Counseling.
Currently, she lives in East Orlando with her husband, Ben.
Tracy believes the purpose of therapy is to help people flourish by leading more
whole, centered, and productive lives. She has experience counseling individuals
and couples, and she especially enjoys her work with teenagers and young adults.
