Crystal Hollenbeck, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Do you feel "stuck"? Can't "get over" something or someone? Are you bothered by thoughts of fear or anger? Do you have a secret tearing you up inside? Are you struggling with your relationship? Sometimes feelings of pain and heartache or anxiety and frustration dominate our life.

Crystal’s approach to counseling is caring, non-judgmental, and solution focused. She provides a setting where you can feel safe to begin to nurture yourself toward emotional and relational health and healing.

She is currently earning a Doctorate Degree in Counselor Education & Supervision, holds an M.S. Degree in Counseling/Psychology, and is a graduate of the Florida Sex Therapy Institute. She is a facilitator for Prepare-Enrich Couples Counseling, Certified in Anger Management Therapy, a CSAT candidate, and trained in Trauma Focused CBT. She specializes in EMDR therapy for treating multiple issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, anger, and addiction.
