Jessica Gilstrap is a life-long resident of Orlando; she has been counseling adults
and teenagers in the Orlando and surrounding Central Florida areas for the past
fourteen years. Jessica grew up attending First Baptist Church of Orlando, and has
been counseling in Orlando with many of its youth through the years. She earned
a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and a Master's
Degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary.
Jessica is president of Heartspoken Counseling, Inc., and in 2007 co-founded Gilstrap
& Napolitano, Counseling & Psychiatry.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Christy Braman is a devoted counselor with much life experience. She enjoys walking
alongside individuals as they progress through their journey of growth and recovery.
Christy has a unique way of counseling by creating a place of safety in which the
process of healing and restoration to fullness of life can flow easily.
Christy's counseling specializes in the population of women and works a lot in the
following specific areas but is not limited to these areas: abuse, grief, anxiety,
depression, divorce recovery, relationship issues, loneliness, codependency and
boundary issues.
Christy earned her masters in counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary. She was
born and raised in Charlotte, NC and enjoys world mission work. She enjoys the outdoors
and anything near/in water, including fishing.

Brandon grew up in Charleston South Carolina before moving to South Alabama. He
earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from Troy University in 2001, and a master's
degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) in 2008. He is currently
completing a master's degree in Divinity, also from RTS.

Brenda has lived in Orlando over 25 years and considers this to be home. She earned
a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s
Degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She attends
Northland Church and has volunteered in various local organizations such as LifeLine
of Central Florida and the chaplain’s office of Florida Hospital. Brenda is a certified
facilitator for PREPARE/ENRICH, a program used in premarital and couple’s counseling.
In addition, she has specific training in grief counseling.
Graduate Level Student Intern
Brooke earned her B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of Central Florida
and is currently a master’s degree candidate in Marriage and Family Counseling at
Palm Beach Atlantic University. She works to help individuals, couples, and families
navigate through the challenges of life including escalated conflict, loss of intimacy
or affection, those considering separation or divorce, co-parenting skills, behavioral
and emotional difficulties with children, and other life stressors that strain relationships.
She can be trusted to offer a safe, caring environment for children to freely express
their thoughts and emotions. Brooke is also a certified facilitator for PREPARE/ENRICH, a
foundational program that identifies the unique strengths and potential growth areas
of premarital or married relationships.

Crystal Hollenbeck is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who believes every
person is valuable and her approach to counseling is non-judgmental, caring, and
solution focused.

Certified Nutrition & Wellness Coach (AFPA, 2008)
Dara Champion provides mental health counseling and personal coaching with a unique
emphasis in health psychology. She counsels individuals in the areas of (but not
limited to): depression, anxiety, weight management, obesity, stress management,
smoking cessation, chronic illness, and chronic pain. She holds a personal and professional
interest in the emerging research supporting mind-body medicine and its application
to personal health & wellness.
Massage Therapist
Jessie Cloud is our Licensed Massage Therapist. She received her license in 2009
and was mentored by professionals at the Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy in
Orlando, Florida. Following that, she received her National Certification (NCBTMB),
and became insured by the Associated Bodyworks of Massage Professionals (ABMP).
Graduate Level Student Intern
Karen is a lifelong Florida resident. She has earned degrees from University of
South Florida, University of Florida, and is currently completing a Masters Degree
in Mental Health Counseling at Asbury Theological Seminary. She is also certified
as a Prepare and Enrich facilitator (a program primarily designed for premarital
counseling and marital relationships).

Tracy was raised in a suburb of Orlando, and moved to New York City to pursue her
bachelor’s degree from New York University. She lived in the city for several
years, while she worked as a teacher. Later, she returned to Florida to study
at Reformed Theological Seminary, where she earned her master’s degree in Counseling.
Currently, she lives in East Orlando with her husband, Ben.
