Swedish massage:
Swedish massage is the most popular massage given. The primary goal of a Swedish
massage is relaxation of the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles
using light to firm pressure with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood
returning to the heart. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing
the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation
and flexibility while easing tension and relaxing the brain. Techniques that may
be used during your Swedish massage include light to firm kneading, bending and
stretching, circular pressure applied by the hands and palms, percussion-like tapping
(tapodament), effleurage, and friction.

Deep Tissue:
Deep tissue massage is similar to your Swedish massage, but deeper and more firm
pressure is applied to release chronic muscle tension. It focuses on the deepest
layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. One major purpose of deep tissue massage
is that it reduces hormone levels and heart rate while boosting mood and relaxation
because it triggers the release of oxytocin and serotonin. Your therapist will apply
the deepest pressure to trigger points located across the body. This massage is
not recommended for people who would like to momentarily relax. Your therapist will
need to communicate with you throughout your time on the massage table. You should
discuss with your massage therapist to determine if a deep tissue massage is right
for you.

- Swedish and Deep Tissue Combo: This option combines the Swedish and Deep Tissue
massages. The majority of this massage will be the Swedish massage, but will incorporate
Deep Tissue techniques including strokes that will begin light and move into deep
friction on the desired areas discussed between you and your therapist. This massage
is beneficial to clients who have specific points of concern that is decided on
between you and your therapist.
Reflexology can be deeply relaxing and therapeutic for those suffering from plantar
fasciitis, ankle injuries, hand injuries, or even everyday work and/or play. During
this massage, your therapist will apply traditional Swedish and Sports Massage techniques
to the feet, hands, calves, upper legs, and arms. Reflexology works through the
nerve endings on the hands and feet to relax and calm the body. TCM Meridian Channels
(Chi or Ki), which are energy channels are cleared of blockages during Reflexology.
Endorphin Release (Pain Management) is activated during Reflexology.

Pre-Natal Massage:
Pre-Natal Massage is a wonderful complementary choice for pre-natal care. This massage
will relieve many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy. Your therapist
will focus on relieving backaches, leg cramps, headaches and edema. This massage
also reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation,
helps relax nervous tension and helps relieve depression and anxiety caused by hormonal
changes. This massage can be given for women who are in their Second and Third Trimesters
ONLY.

Raindrop Therapy
The Raindrop Technique combines the science of aroma Technique with the techniques
of Vita Flex, reflexology, massage, etc., in the application of essential oils,
which are applied on various areas of the body to bring structural and electrical
alignment. It is designed to bring balance to the body with its relaxing, mild application.
It will also help to align and clear the energy centers of the body without using
force or excessive pressure. When you combine the electrical frequency and the intelligence
of the body and the oil, a greater healing process begins. Thyme, Oregano, Wintergreen,
Cypress, Peppermint, Basil, Marjoram are the key essential oils that are used in
this massage service.

Swe-Thai is an innovative style of massage combining advanced soft-tissue therapies
(Swedish) with passive yoga style stretching derived from the ancient healing art
of Thai massage. By melding East and West massage therapies in a unique manner,
our Swe-Thai Massage will leave you feeling invigorated and renewed. Not recommended
for individuals with physical limitations.

Chair Massage: In Office and Corporate Chair Massage
Expect the chair massage to start with relaxing effleurage and compression, followed
by therapeutic petrissage and finish with rejuvenating tapotement.
In our Orlando office: $1 per minute- 15 minute minimum
Out of office: $1 per minute- 2 hour minimum, Automatic 20% gratuity added
